Our shipping policies and how to resolve problems

Here is a description of our shipping procedures and our policies on problems with orders and shipping delays:

Shipping Policies

  1. We will not ship orders until we have processed your payment. While using our customer information form sends us your address information, you must send us your payment before we can ship the game to you.
  2. We will not send you a shipping confirmation email until AFTER we have taken your order to the post office and physically handed it to them. If you receive a confirmation email, you know that your order is in the mail.
  3. Before contacting us about missing orders, please give the postal service time to transport it to you. Please allow at least the following times to elapse from the time that you receive your confirmation email before you contact us about missing orders:
  4. Note that we must fill out a customs declaration form for all non-U.S. orders. It may be necessary for you to pay customs duties to your government before you can receive your order. We have no control over this.
  5. If you have still not received your order within the times specified above, send us an email and we will investigate it. Be sure to double-check the address you sent us on your initial order, if this is incorrect, we have a good idea of what happened :-). (Incidentally, we would appreciate it if you check your address BEFORE you send us your order and payment!)
