How to Order

Steps to follow in placing an order

Decide on the items that you want to purchase. Product Details can be found here.
Checkout to submit your order. Be sure to verify your shipping information and email address. You should receive an email confirming the details of your order. If you do not, contact us to resolve problems.
Send us your payment. Payment types and restrictions can be found here. Note that our preferred method of accepting payments is through PAYPAL and a link to PAYPAL will appear on the confirmation screen you will see after your order has been accepted.
We will ship your order as soon as we receive and process your payment, but please allow several weeks for delivery. If you submit our customer information form, it will help us ensure that your address and shipping information is correct.
Please do NOT send us credit card information by email. We do not have encryption in place.
PAYPAL can accept credit card payments directly, or you can mail in a printed copy of our Customer Information Form email with your credit card information. Fill in the appropriate blanks on the form for your credit card type, number, expiration date, and your signature. Then send us the completed form via ground mail.
This form will also tell you the amount that we will charge against your credit card.

Ordering Do's & Don'ts

Please Do Not send cash through the mail.

Please Do Not send credit card information via email. We do not have encryption in place.

Please Do include a payment for the total price of your order.

Please Do include complete shipping and contact information. If you are mailing in your payment instead of using Paypal on-line, please print a copy of the Customer Information Form email and include it with your payment.

Please Do verify that your contact and shipping information is correct. If is wrong and we can't contact you, we can't send you your game.

Please do make checks or money orders payable to Fire and Fury Games.

Please do make all payments in U.S. dollars.

If ordering from outside of the U.S. DO NOT send checks drawn on non-U.S. banks. Instead, use credit cards or send us an International money order in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
